I basically use it for pain and for the sleep programs that run on the app. Um, at this point, I'm not sure what the pain results are. I haven't had anything that basically says my pain is any better.

Um, but the sleep, I can say that I think it's working out pretty good in that I am sleeping at least a little bit more solidly through the night um, than I was prior to using the device.
