You're ready. Just relax. First sessions may feel unfamiliar — this is normal. With regular use, your body adapts and results build over time.
Your first session moves through five simple stages. Start low, stay relaxed, and let your body settle in.

The first 10–20 seconds. You'll feel a gentle, nerve-stimulating sensation.
Find where the pulse feels clear and steady — below the jaw, both sides of your neck.
Increase slowly to your comfort level. You should feel it — but never hurt.
Stay relaxed and let the session do the work.
Session complete — a good start toward building stress resilience.
Pulsetto helps your body manage stress by gently stimulating the vagus nerve — a key communication pathway between your brain and body that regulates stress, recovery, and relaxation.
Using non-invasive electrical pulses at the neck, it activates this natural pathway to support a calmer, more balanced state. By stimulating both sides, it works more evenly with your body's pathways.
This method — non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation — is based on established scientific research and used in modern wellness technologies.

One of the main communication pathways between your brain and body. It helps regulate how your body responds to stress, recovery, and relaxation. Think of it as your body's "calm system."
When stress builds up, your body stays in a heightened state. The vagus nerve helps shift it back to calm:
Pulsetto uses non-invasive vagus nerve stimulation — supported by clinical research. Unlike single-point approaches, it stimulates both sides of the neck (bilateral) for a more balanced, consistent signal.
In clinical studies, bilateral stimulation has been associated with:

White lights fill up one by one — your Pulsetto is waking up.
On & ready
Soft white glow gently fading in and out — waiting to connect to the app.
Powering off
White lights slowly fade out.
Ready to pair
Blue lights chasing in a circle — open the app and connect your phone.

Something's not right
Red flashing quickly — try restarting; if it persists, contact support.
Press once
Powers on — your Pulsetto wakes up.
Press & hold ~1.5s

Nothing — the session keeps going. Use the app to stop or adjust it.
Hold while powering on
After ~1.5s you'll feel a double-pulse buzz and see a blue flash — release right then to enter pairing mode.
Keep holding past that
Continues toward a full reset instead — release at the 1.5s cue if you only want to pair.
Hold through power-on ~10s
Clears all paired phones and resets to default. One long buzz + three red flashes confirm it. A single continuous hold — only do it if you mean to reset. The device then goes straight into pairing mode.
Once a phone has paired, connecting again doesn't require pairing — just open the app and tap to connect. No system prompt, no button presses.
Trying to add a 6th is refused: a single red flash and three quick buzzes. No phone is removed automatically — clear paired phones first to make room.
Power off, then hold the button continuously through power-on for ~10s. One long buzz and three red flashes confirm — all phones cleared immediately, then it goes straight into pairing mode.
Afterward, also "forget" the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings (iOS: Settings → Bluetooth → ⓘ → Forget This Device; Android: Settings → Bluetooth → gear → Forget), then pair again as a first-time connection.
