Refund and Returns Policy
In case you are not fully satisfied with our product, (or the Product is not as described) you may return delivered physical Products within 30 days from the day of delivery. The products must be in their original packaging, are not damaged or in any other manner impacted.
Returning Pulsetto Products
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] to submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for your return request. This is required to start the return process.

Return approval
Your return request will be reviewed and approved within 1–3 business days. -
Receive your return label
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label to your email.
The cost of the return label ranges from €5 to €15, depending on your location. All applicable costs will be clearly displayed in the portal before you proceed. -
Ship the product back
Use the provided return label to send the product back to us. -
Refund processing
After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed automatically.
Refunds are typically completed within 14 days after the product is received at our warehouse.
Note: You do not need to send the product within 30 days, but you must contact us within that time to be eligible for a refund.
Reasons for which Pulsetto may refuse to issue a refund:

The product is returned damaged due to misuse, accident, neglect, water damage, fire, or other external causes.

The product shows signs of cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or dents) resulting from improper use.

The product failure is due to causes not related to material or workmanship defects.

The following are excluded from the refund sum and will not be refunded to you:

Shipping and handling fee.

Your subscription fee.
In case you were not an original purchaser (e.g., you received the Product as a gift), please note that we can only make a refund to the original purchaser, to the bank account through which the purchase was made.
Please note - we can only accept the return if it was made from the same country the order was originally sent to.
