It is safe to use Pulsetto every day. A typical session lasts 10–15 minutes, with individual programmes ranging from 4 to 20 minutes. After up to 20 minutes of active use, take a break of at least 20 minutes before continuing. Within any 24-hour period, total use should not exceed 120 minutes.
